Members of the Clean Energy Council and licensed solar dealers are entitled to a discount upon purchase of the contract. “Offer” means any document with a price for works, including, but not limited, to tax bills, offers created by computer devices or tablets, or handwritten offers. “Sunny Energy” refers to the party with which the customer enters into a contract with which the customer has the name of the company and ABN on the offer, invoice, receipt or TCA made available to the customer. Solar distributors who use this contract are well placed to be included in the Approved Solar Retailer program and to obtain the right to market as a Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer.
